Cleaning
- Wipe the surface with a clean damp cloth to remove dust,
then follow with a soft dry cloth, keeping with the direction
of the grain.
Do not use household polishes as they contain silicon, which
may damage
the surface over time. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Ensure all spillages are cleaned up immediately, especially
alcohol.
Take care when arranging furniture. Protect from direct sunlight,
damp
or wet surfaces, high humidity, heater outlets and radiators.
These can cause fading, drying and cracking from prolonged
exposure.
Place hot items on heat resistant placements to avoid heat
marking.
Do not place glass covers or plastic sheeting on your furniture,
as the
furniture may ‘sweat’.
Do not use nail polish, nail polish remover or essential oils
near your furniture, as they contain solvents and can damage
the surface.
Please note: As timber is a natural resource, it may shrink
or move very slightly over time due to extreme weather conditions.
This is not considered to be a manufacturing defect.
